Adding a puzzle to the bag or sending an email does not place an order, authorize payment or guarantee production. “Ask about my PUZZ” prepares an email in your own email app. We receive it only if you send it. The separate “Continue to Shopify checkout” button uploads your photos and opens Shopify, where you can review and place an order.

Before any purchase

We will separately confirm whether your chosen piece count is available, the final price, production details and delivery timing. The displayed prices and shipping estimate are preliminary and do not constitute a binding offer.

Your photo

Your preview image stays in your browser until you continue to Shopify checkout. At that point it is uploaded privately for production, with a 30-day download link attached to the cart and order. Please use only images you have the right to reproduce, and respect the rights of people pictured.
